This interactive seminar can be delivered in 2-4 hours depending on your needs.

BRIDGE BUILDERS KEYNOTE SPEECH

This speech challenges audience members to ’break the barrier of bias’ to become Bridge Builders. Tracy is known for her engaging keynotes that features stories from her own life as well as examples shared by clients and audience members.

DIVERSITY DINNER & DIALOGUE

Participants engage in a structured discussion in groups of 8-10. From the icebreaker through dessert they are guided to have insightful dialogue that will help each person understand the impact of diversity on others.

Generally this is a 3.5 hour event that includes dinner.
